Refund Policy

Perio With Deepak Team would like to thank you for booking course with us.

  1. As a business, we have direct and indirect costs such as:
  2. Venue cost for delegates
  3. Daily speaker fee
  4. Guest speaker fee
  5. Accommodation cost for the main speaker and guest speaker
  6. Travel costs
  7. Instrument/material/equipment
  8. Admin staff costs that occurs not only during event days but throughout the year.

In addition to this, there are other indirect costs that occur while running/organising these all the events (e.g., website running fees, server charges, credit card charges, time required to design, implement, and run a course etc).

All of the above direct cost takes place regardless of whether you are there on the course or not, and as a business, we will have to bear this. For that reason, we cannot cancel your place close to the event date and transfer the full credit to a future date. 

This is why our cancellation policy states no refund in any circumstances within 1 month of the event.

In the event of cancellation of a course, we will endeavour to inform participants as soon as possible, although please be aware that this may not always be possible. All course fees paid will be reimbursed in full, or the payment can be transferred in full to another course subject to availability.

We do not accept liability for any consequential loss and are unable to reimburse for any other costs that may be associated or incurred, including transport and accommodation. 

Cancellation Policy

  1. Any cancellation is subject to a £50 administration charge regardless of reasons. It is to cover our administrative costs.
  2. Delegates cancelling between twelve to eight weeks prior to the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the course cost.
  3. No refund is available if a delegate cancels their ticket in the last eight weeks prior to the course start date regardless of reasons.
  4. Failure to attend the course will result in the full cost being incurred.
  5. If a delegate is unable to attend the course, a substitute attendee is welcome take their place provided the substitute is eligible to attend. An administration fee of £50 is required to make the transfer.
  6. In the event of cancellation of a course, we will endeavour to inform all participants a week before the course is due to take place, although please be aware that this is not always possible. All course fees paid will be reimbursed in full, or the payment can be transferred in full to another course subject to availability.
